Our Firm

Gary brings over 30 years of legal experience including being Salina City Prosecutor for ten years.  His experience in Family Law includes several years on the Family Law Section committee of the Kansas Bar Association.  He has represented hundreds of clients in divorce and custody matters, and has represented dozens of children as Guardian Ad Litem.

Gary graduated from KU Law School and is a proud graduate of the Salina USD 305 school system.

Stephanie Helmuth has been a legal assistant in Salina for over 15 years.  Prior to that she had experience working in law offices in Colby, Kansas.
